Cards are valid for 1 year from the date of creation and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Delivery
- Metropolitan France: Delivery by Mondial Relay is 5€. If you prefer Colissimo, the cost is 8€.
- Rest of Europe: €12 per order within the EU by Colissimo, €15 for Switzerland. Delivery via Mondial Relay possible in open countries.Â
Exchanges and returns
 - They are free of charge in metropolitan France. Everywhere else, the return is at your expense but the new shipment is at our charge.Â
- You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return the product in its original packaging for an exchange or refund.

For the upper, we only work with materials that are mostly made of renewable plants, such as our famous corn fibre.
Everything is eco-friendly, right down to the smallest detail: soles, laces, lining, insole, etc.

We are transforming the way we consume fashion in favour of less but better.
We only offer our shoes on pre-order or in very limited series. This way, we avoid any unnecessary overproduction. Last but not least, we offer our shoes directly to you at the right price because we don't need to pass on the effect of sales. Pure happiness!
