1. The legal notices

The website is published by the company SHOWTIME Paris, SAS with a capital of €5,130, registered in the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 819 306 861, whose registered office is located at 22 rue Rampal 75019 Paris.

These general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter referred to as "the GTC") apply to any order placed on the website (the "site") concerning the purchase of products presented on the site (hereinafter referred to as "the products") by the company SHOWTIME PARIS, SAS with a capital of 5,130 euros, whose registered office is located at 22 rue Rampal 75019 Paris and registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under the number 819 306 861, intra-community VAT number FR 56 819 306 861 (hereinafter referred to as "the Company SHOWTIM PARIS"). The Company SHOWTIME PARIS reserves the right to adapt or modify at any time the present GTC, the version of the GTC applicable to any transaction being the one appearing online on the website at the time of the order.

2. The products

In accordance with Article L. 111-1 of the French Consumer Code, SHOWTIME PARIS presents on the website the products for sale and their characteristics. The customer has the possibility to know, before the final order, the essential characteristics of the products he/she wishes to purchase.

The offers in stock presented by the company SHOWTIME PARIS are valid only within the limits of available stocks.

The pre-order offers presented by SHOWTIME PARIS are valid only within the limit of time available.

The photos representing the products are for information purposes only. These photos, as well as the texts illustrating the products, are not part of the contractual field.

3. Prices

The prices listed on the site are indicated in euros, including VAT, and are only valid on the date the order is validated by the client. SHOWTIME PARIS reserves the right to modify them, without prior notice, at any time, it being understood that the products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in effect at the time the order is registered.

Prices do not include delivery charges, which are invoiced in addition and indicated before the order is validated. The prices take into account the V.A.T. applicable on the day of the order and any change in the applicable rate of V.A.T. will automatically be reflected in the price of the products shown on the site. Payment of the full price must be made at the time of ordering. At no time may the sums paid be considered as deposits or advance payments. These prices are guaranteed subject to typographical or printing errors.

4. Payment

Payment for purchases is made either via PAYPAL or via the secure platforms of our payment providers STRIPE and ALMA. 

Products are payable at the time of order, in cash (STRIPE, PAYPAL) or in three instalments (ALMA) depending on the online payment system chosen by the Customer.

SHOWTIME PARIS offers its Clients the Alma credit service for the settlement of their purchases and the execution of the payment. This is conditioned by the Client's acceptance of the GTC or of the credit agreement proposed by Alma.

Any refusal by Alma to grant credit for an order may result in the cancellation of the order.

Any termination of the GTC between the Client and SHOWTIME PARIS will result in the termination of the GTC or the credit agreement between Alma and the Client.

Payment in three is available through our partner Alma. The security of the payments is ensured by Alma and its service providers. All payments are protected by 3D Secure.

Fees: By paying in instalments with Alma the Customer does not pay any fees

Alma is a telepayment manager and issues an electronic certificate which will be considered as proof of the amount and date of the transaction in accordance with the provisions of articles 1316 and following of the civil code

Termination: Any termination of the GTC between SHOWTIME PARIS and the client will result in the termination of the GTC between Alma and the client.

SHOWTIME PARIS reserves the right to suspend or cancel any order or pre-order in the event that your credit card payment authorization is refused or in the event of non-payment. 

SHOWTIME PARIS also reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order or pre-order from a Customer with whom a dispute over payment is pending or has occurred in connection with a previous order or pre-order or in the event of objective suspicion of fraud. 

Payment methods accepted: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal.

5. Delivery

La livraison est effectuée par Mondial Relay/DPD/DHL/Chronopost.

Delivery is made to the delivery address indicated by the customer, it being specified that this must be the customer's home address or the address of any other natural person of the customer's choice, if this is clearly specified at the time of ordering. Delivery cannot be made to hotels or post office boxes.

When registering the personal details of the client, the latter must ensure the accuracy and completeness of the mandatory data provided. In the event of an error in the recipient's contact information, SHOWTIME PARIS shall not be held responsible for the impossibility of delivering the Product(s).

The estimated delivery time is shown on the product page at the time of purchase, and in the order confirmation email. The delivery time depends on the time needed to produce all the pre-ordered products.

SHOWTIME PARIS shall not be held responsible for the consequences due to a delay in delivery that is not of its making or due to an act of force majeure.

Delivery is deemed to have taken place as soon as the product(s) are handed over to the customer by the carrier, as evidenced by the control system used by the carrier.

Upon receipt of the product(s), the client is required to check the condition of the packaging of the goods and to report any damage due to the carrier to SHOWTIME PARIS within three days by sending an email to

The delivery costs are to be paid by the customer in France and in Europe.

SHOWTIME PARIS will pay for the return shipping costs within the limit of one time per order, except when the delivery address is not located in metropolitan France or in the case of non-conformity of a returned product. We take care of the return costs if necessary in France but they are charged to our customers in the rest of Europe.

6. The right of withdrawal

In application of articles L.221-18 and following of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of fourteen clear days from the date of delivery of the order to exercise his right of withdrawal from his order.

This period starts upon receipt of the product(s) by the Customer.

The customer must enclose a copy of the order confirmation email or any other element enabling the identification of the order in question, and its holder, with the withdrawal request.

Only the client identified as such with SHOWTIME PARIS may exercise this right, to the exclusion of any other person, and in particular the person receiving the delivery.

7. The legal guarantee

SHOWTIME PARIS shall be liable for any lack of conformity at the time of delivery of the Product in accordance with the provisions of Articles L. 217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code.

When acting under the legal guarantee of conformity, the customer :

- has a period of two years from the delivery of the product to act.

- may choose between repairing or replacing the good; in accordance with Article L. 211-19 of the French Consumer Code, SHOWTIME PARIS may not proceed according to the customer's choice if this choice entails a cost that is clearly disproportionate to the other method, given the value of the good or the importance of the defect. It is then required to proceed, unless impossible, according to the method not chosen by the client.

- is exempted from proving the existence of the lack of conformity of the goods during the twenty-four months following the delivery of the goods.

This legal guarantee of conformity applies independently of any commercial guarantee that may have been granted.

The customer may decide to implement the guarantee against hidden defects of the thing sold within the meaning of Article 1641 of the Civil Code, which render it unfit for the use for which it was intended, or which diminish this use so much that the buyer would not have acquired it, or would have given a lower price for it, if he had known about them. In this case, the buyer may choose between rescission of the sale or a reduction in the sale price in accordance with Article 1644 of the Civil Code.

The action resulting from redhibitory defects must be brought by the customer within two years of the discovery of the defect.

8. Return and refund policy

Any exchange or return must be declared by the client to SHOWTIME PARIS, by sending an email to 

The product(s) must be returned by the customer at the latest within fourteen days following the communication of his decision to withdraw.

The product(s) must be returned by the customer in its original packaging and in perfect condition (i.e. not having been worn), in order to request an exchange or refund.

If the package is lost or damaged during the return of the product, the cost of the damage is at the customer's expense.

Products that are not returned within the above-mentioned deadlines and conditions will not be refunded or exchanged by SHOWTIME PARIS.

 In accordance with Article L. 221-24 of the French Commercial Code, SHOWTIME PARIS is committed to reimbursing the sums collected for the order within fourteen days. This period starts from the date of receipt by SHOWTIME PARIS of the returned products. 

The refund will be made by crediting the customer's bank account corresponding to the bank card used to pay for the order. If you have changed your bank account, remember to give your new bank details to your old bank.

9. The applicable law

These GTC are subject to French law. In case of dispute or claim, the client will contact SHOWTIME PARIS in priority to obtain an amicable solution.

The customer is informed that any consumer may have recourse free of charge to a consumer mediator for the amicable resolution of a dispute with a professional. Consumer mediation applies to any national or cross-border dispute between a consumer and a professional in the context of the performance of a contract of sale or provision of services.

It is possible to either contact a consumer ombudsman from the list on the consumer mediation website or to fill in the automated complaint form to contact a dispute resolution body.

The request cannot be accepted by the Consumer Ombudsman if :

1° The client does not justify having tried, beforehand, to resolve his dispute directly with the company SHOWTIME PARIS by a written complaint according to the methods provided for 

2° The request is manifestly unfounded or abusive 

3° The dispute has been previously examined or is being examined by another mediator or by a court 

4° The client has submitted his request to the mediator within a period of more than one year from the date of his written complaint to SHOWTIME PARIS

5° The dispute does not fall within its jurisdiction.

The customer shall be informed by the mediator, within three weeks of receipt of his or her file, of the rejection of his or her request for mediation. 

In the absence of mediation, the courts of the jurisdiction of the company's registered office shall have jurisdiction.

10. Information technology and freedom

In order to provide the services offered on the website, SHOWTIME PARIS may have to process personal data concerning you, in particular those collected when you register on the website or when you place an order.

The information and data concerning the customer are strictly necessary for the management of orders, the execution and follow-up of commercial relations, and for internal statistical purposes. This data may be transmitted to companies involved in these relations (such as those responsible for the execution of services and orders) for their management, execution, processing and payment. This data is also kept for the purposes of security, identification, improvement and personalisation of services.

The customer has the right to access, rectify and oppose any personal data concerning him/her at any time, in accordance with the conditions set out in the law of 6 January 1978. To do so, he/she simply needs to send an e-mail to and the necessary steps will be taken immediately. 

The client may receive, from SHOWTIME PARIS, offers for products or services similar to those already ordered, or newsletters. The customer may at any time object to such offers at no cost in the future, according to the terms and conditions specified in each mailing.
